Declare the Minor
Once you have completed one BIO course and one CSC course with a grade of C or better in both, use this form to declare the minor.
(Please note that declaring the Minor does not give you special enrollment status. It simply alerts the University that you intend to complete the minor coursework. If you declare the minor and you don't complete the coursework, the minor will not appear on your academic record.)
Complete the Coursework
The coursework for the minor can be found in the Cal Poly Catalog.
Meet with an Advisor
We encourage you to meet with an advisor to help plan your progress through the minor:
- BIO: Ed Himelblau or Jean Davidson
- BCHEM: Anya Goodman
- CSC: Paul Anderson
- STAT: Andrew Schaffner
